It’s TIME!!  New Challenge Group!! SO EXCITED!!! I got to meet CEO of Beachbody, Carl Daikeler on Sunday!  He was so nice, down-to-earth and FUNNY!  This is the man that made it possible!  Do you do Insanity?  P90X?  Turbo Fire?  Les Mills Pump?  I am SO THANKFUL for this company!!  30 lbs down, improved health, confidence, nicer clothes…  And on TOP of all that they have created the Team Beachbody Network- sharing their success with those of us who LOVE their products!  Interested in a program?  Shakeology?  The Coaching Opportunity?  I’m happy to help!  <3

So… Get home, workout, fix dinner, eat, need a shower but afraid of falling asleep and drowning… Won’t get in the bed (gross!), end up sleeping on the floor. Sadness.

Day 1. Done!!  The hubby made it through 1/2 before he got tunnel vision and laid out on the floor…. :)  But he’s not giving up!!  My legs are already jelly… Oh Shaun, how I have ‘missed’ you….?

Love it!  But… not a huge fan of the hotdogs… ick.  Can’t we get like… well… nuts.  Can you think of a good HEALTHY “All-American” Red, White & Blue meal?!?!
